Step 1: Make an Enquiry

Step 2: Personalised Quote

Once we understand your requirements, we’ll provide a clear, no-obligation quote with:

• Vehicle choice

• Hire duration

• Pricing with no hidden extras

• Optional add-ons (such as custom show plates or ribbons)

We’re always happy to tailor timings and routes to suit your schedule.

Step 3: Secure Your Booking

To reserve your chosen vehicle and date, we require a £95 booking deposit.
This secures the car exclusively for your event and removes it from availability.

Step 4: Pre-Event Confirmation

As your event approaches, we’ll reconfirm all details with you, including:

• Timings

• Addresses

• Any special requests

Your chauffeur will be fully briefed in advance, ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day.

Step 5: The Big Day

On the day of your event:

• Your chauffeur arrives early

• The vehicle is immaculately presented

• Ribbons are fitted (if required)

• You are assisted with photos and timings

From the moment you step into the car, you can relax and enjoy the experience.
